Cassandra B gave good advice. Just make sure to take vitamin K2 ( MK7) 150-200mg daily when taking vitamin D3. It is essential for blood vessel health & prevents calcium from lodging in blood vessels & clogging them up ; instead of the calcium going to the bone where it belongs. Ppl should not be using D3 without K2. It often comes bottled together with D3.
