As a wife I strive to care for my family's health with not just this book,but charts on the usage of herbs&vitamins.Doing so saves you a trip to the Doctor or Dentist for that matter,oh yeah don't forget you'll also save money from having to pay for co-pays and other unnecessary bills.I'm not against going to the Doctor,don't get me wrong,but as a mother you should learn how to deal with chest pains,Pneumonia,The Flu,Common Cold,Diarrhea,and Bronchitis yourself.There's too much information up for grabs,there's no excuse not to know.
