hey shalom fam. can anyone explain to me what kind of foods I can eat during ULB week? I am stressed and just forgot. Its hard researching when all I see online is ashkenazi jew stuff. they took our culture and lifestyle, then made it their own. They go strict strict when scripture only says things that are leaven. But yea any meal ideas I can do during the week? I am a college student and don't really cook like that, even though I need to. Tudah in advance.

As for meals, if you have a broiler in your oven, a blender, and can boil water, there are lots of meal possibilities! I like to chop up some vegetables and along with potatoes, toss them in a bowl with oil and spices then broil em up. You can also chop veggies real small, cook them in a pan, then blend them to make your own sauces for noodles, rice, etc. Most noodles are unleavened but if you want to play it safe you can go with rice noodles. And of course, if you eat meat then you can have that anytime. I used to bake chicken breasts in a glass baking dish covered with foil at 375° for 45-50min.
Hope this helps!
