Great question. Like everything, there is nuance. There is nothing specific about makeup in the scriptures. It deals with motivation and intent of the heart.

Modern makeup does deal with deception and seduction at the heart. Lipstick and blush to simulate the rush of blood to certain areas of the face during physical intimacy.

Enoch addresses makeup, that it was taught to women by the Watchers.
