My son is now in Seattle, Washington. Thin he has lost his debit card and cell phone. He tried to reach out to the call center to his bank . They were told he live there but did not give an address to his location. This is y son with doe mental issue. He has a bs and almost finished his masters. He is on the national missing person list. His name is Richard BrownleeIv. You can google his name to see his picture. He is a very nice and mannerable young man.
