Shalawam family, It's another Wellness Wednesday.
Today's illustration is everything about immunity boosters and what you can take if you catch something. Well, family. The illustration is my morning regimen and other goodies for the head cold I got on Friday while in the dog park. It's currently 18 degrees with a high of 26, APTTMH for working at home. I want to share with you the following benefits:
1-Daily morning regimen- a-GRID and apple cider filtered water. This helps to boost my immunity. Hence, I catch something maybe once per year. This time last year was also my anniversary from a cold. So, does it boost your immunity? Absolutely!
One caveat-dress appropriately for the cold season.
2-Regimen with my head cold that is going away. a-Add cayenne pepper to everything, including my apple cider water and organic turmeric powder, to step one.
