I realized today that we need to really intercede for the older generation of Israelites in the US particularly. Christianity has a very strong chokehold on them. Even when they acknowledge that we are the people, the traditions of man that have been taught to them consciously and subconsciously are deeply rooted. I feel for them because many of them have read the word longer than us, but through a lense given to them by gentiles. They get very protective when we challenge that lense. And pride is a factor. I empathize but I don’t compromise. Not even with my own family. But imagine reading the word for decades and being told that the interpretation they have was created by man. And being told this by your own son. It hurts me to see my people half sleep. May the Most High pour out his spirit even on the deeply entrenched. Because if not, we are going to repeat Numbers 14:29. And that would break my heart. Let’s pray diligently about this and cry out to the Most High for our elders.
