Romans 8:26-28 My Beloved sister, remember that your fast is unto the one you love, reverence and appreciate. Let no thing [Your own flesh] have rule over you but YOU start taking authority over ALL MATTERS that come against your commitment to Yahawah. Just as you spoke vows from your heart to your husband, when u make a commitment to fast, it is as a vow. Knowing you won't break your vows to your flesh husband, have the same conviction when it comes to fasting and you won't break your fast unto Yah. Repent, Go in Shalom, and continue on your journey with victory! The Ruach HaKodesh will help you. Much Ahava 💕

You have Yahusha with you in all that you do. Remember he is always with you and he has equipped you to push through.

When I fast and it gets hard I ask Abba to take the hunger away. Pray through it and purposeful read scripture. When I do this I forget I’m hungry because of my focus on His word.

Remember when Yahusha was tempted by Satan during his 40 day fast.

You can and will complete your vow sister and I am willing to fast with you. We can check in with each other throughout.

Shalom, Our Dear Sister. In christianity fasting was not encouraged much for me so therefore I easily avoided it at all cost . When I came into our Hebrew walk I developed a much greater understanding. love, and strong desire to grow much closer to Yahuah, and wanted to walk like our Yahusha Ha'Machiach and his disciples walked. I began to understand the importance of and often witness the results of fasting. Yahuah moves in mighty ways. Yahuah led me to learn of different types of fasting. Sun up to sun down, The Daniel fast of dried nuts, only water fasts, 3 day fasts, 7 days fasts, corporate fasts, no food or water fast, etc. But like Achoti Shadollah said-whatever commitment you make-do not break the vow. Also the more I pray, praise, worship, meditate, Bible read-the more full I remain. You got this! Placing big "FASTING & PRAYING" notes on the fridge and pantry doors keeps me reminded. Our beautiful Sister Remember He has not brought you this far to fail you now. Trust and lean on Him. Praise Him in the Midst of the Storm and you Will come out better than you were going in. You aren't alone in this. I have had to start over. One thing I have learnt is that I needed to repent, ask YAH to help me overcome my belly, then start again. Hoping you made it through.
