There is so much wrong in this video. White student throws cotton balls at Hebrew student, then proceeds to whip him with BELT!!! You have one Hebrew in frame looking worried and concerned yet does not act to aid or support his own brother. The other, a mixed looking boy looks and laughs at what he sees! What is GOING ON... This is 2022!!!
