Ozempic, is a once a week insulin injection. My doctor wanted me to try it 3 years ago but it costs too much. 3 years ago I wasn't spiritually awakened like I am now. And I've learned that we aren't to be taking such injections. Type 2 Diabetes sickness comes from the 'refined' foods that they force us to eat. This is why a complete lifestyle change of the way we eat (ie: eating natural foods that we must cook and not microwave) is our best defense in beating Type 2 Diabetes for good.
