So much to unpack from this but will keep it short and say this...@2nd amendment was a right given to "the people" to bear arms against a tyrannical government, or that was the intent when it was established. Our people (Brews) were not considered part of "the people" at the time this amendment was established and subsequently some federal laws were placed on the books to bring us under this legal requirement. Since then and even til now, how this government likes to play itself, we (Brews) have the right to bear arms due to the agressive and violent acts against our people many times at the behest or permission of the same government that suppose to protect us. Much can be said on this as well but I side on defending self, family and community as by right and within my power/authority. Remember the movie "Deacons for Defense"?
