PSA!!
Family I found out that Agave is not necessarily a healthy option. I have learned that it may actually lead to or cause FATTY LIVER.
It is touted to be low on glycemic index BUT it contains mostly Fructose which is more damaging and creates insulin resistance. The cells of body doesn't absorb it but the Liver does! hence Fatty liver.
I've swapped the Agave for Organic Coconut Sugar for my coffee.
When we know better, we do better!
