The Europeans changed the words in the commandments from murder to kill. Why did they do this. It is in the definition
murder

the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another.
Kill
cause the death of (a person, animal, or other living thing).

So in time of self defense what would you do? Lay down your life and the life of your family or fight? Just a question.
