Okay, so when I think of getting back to the basics this video came to mind because of it's simplicity. So, I want to share it with this group. The presenters are not Hebrews; however, the information they're sharing is definitely valuable. They discuss safe ways to store dry goods in glass jars. I have had a hard time throwing out a perfectly good glass jar, so this has been valuable for my family.

Same I save all glass jars and dry can a lot of things including amaranth, flour, steel cut oats etc…
