I am aware that Noah was albino. However, my current understanding is that Japheth is the progenitor of "white" skinned people (not talking about albinos) due to his lineage mixing with other races (who were not pure blood humans). Jacob and Esau were both from the lineage of Shem. Also, melanated people born with albinism can still reproduce fully melanated offspring.
