Proverbs 6:6-8 reminds us of the importance of preparation." go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, provident her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest." The ant prepareth, so must Israel.

Coconut has 13 grams of protein. It's one of the nuts we should all have on hand during the coming famine. And by the coming famine, I'm talking about when 'the grid' goes down hemisphere wide. It's going to happen as they are planning for it to happen. Have plenty of greens and seeds on hand (even if it's hybrid seeds because even those seeds will produce 2 harvests of the original crop before it doesn't anymore), We should all know which veggies have protein and magnesium and all the vitamins we need to survive the famine before we're all out of here for good.
