Royal Priesthood 777 and CeeCee CP , I used 1 cup of Chickpea flour for the scramble. It ended up being for lunch, :-). I got the chickpea scramble recipe from: https://youtu.be/oNc1Dfstv04 . It is pretty simple. The rest I just sauteed the vegetables and mushrooms and seasoned with spices/herbs.
