Today's video showcases the goodness of fruits all in one short video. Question-are there any fruits not good for you? The answer is no. All fruits are good. Today, I am offering five tips on fruit consumption:
#1-Fruits are always a healthier choice when consumed in moderation
#2-Fruits are most effective on an empty stomach
#3-Fruits can be maintained year-round but varies with season. They are also easy to grow, including the berry and citrus family.
#4-When in doubt, go with darker color fruits in moderation, such as blackberries and blueberries.
#5-Maintain your alkaline levels. When consumed, fruit juice has a different reaction in your body. For example, lime and lemon taste more acid, but they are more alkaline when digested.
