I have recently been studying the Targums. Within the text, there are additional explanations to many scriptures.

Do you believe that the Targums are inspired scripture?

I selected no, but must caveat... The Torah/TANAK scriptures themselves are inspired by Yah and fact. I believe the TARGUMS are integral and necessary to have a fuller understanding of what our forefathers and foremothers believed about the context of scripture. Plain and simply, it gives detailed insight into what some of our people and converts believed about the scripture. doesn't mean they are right, but helps us all study the scripture better in context.
