Shalom, I have steel cut oats with Mullet each morning, I add walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, and chia with a slice of toast with almond butter and honey, praise Yahuah!

I try to start by drinking some type of herbal tea or freshly juiced fruit juice. Later in the day I'll eat a green apple and then a red apple.

Start my day with vinegar & lemon water then either Oatmeal or avocado toast with fresh fruit. Also, ginger, clove, tumeric, cinnamon, garlic & lemon tea.
