$55 billion???? That's not even enough to be considered a 'Pittance' of what they actually owe any of us! And the leaders of Africa keeps entertaining the enemy leaders especially over here. Foolish! They put more money towards that war that they are actually losing to Russia instead paying us the "GA-Zillions of Everything" that they owe us for slavery. It's okay tho. The most high, YAH, will make them pay.
