I was diagnosed with Sciatica in 2015 and hamstring stretches really helps me to relieve alot of pressure from the lower area of my back.The Captain Leg Raise Chair helps also!(On days when the pain feels like a 10,I put on my Crocs shoes to also relieve pressure,so that I can still tackle all that needs to be tackled for that particular day)I REFUSE TO LET SCIATICA GET THE BEST OF ME!
