I have created a template statement you can try to use for your own purposes.

"I, [Your Name], hereby declare that my face, image, voice, and likeness are not to be used in any Artificial Intellegence (AI) or DEEPFAKE generators and/or produced content or materials without my explicit written consent, in perpetuity and throughout the known and unknown universe. Any unauthorized use of my face, image, voice, or likeness in such content or materials is strictly prohibited and shall be punishable within the court of law."
