Shalawam family
It's another Wellness Wednesday, where we consider forgiveness to build emotional resilience during these turbulent times. Let's consider first what we are called to do as Torah-abiding believers: Matthew 18:21-22 Cepher "Then Kepha came to Him and said, "Adonai, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?" Yahusha said to him, "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven." In Paul's letter to the Corinthians also reminded us in 2 Corint 2:10, "to whom you forgive anything, I forgive also, for if I forgave anything, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it's in the person of Mashiach." Paul was emphasizing the importance of forgiveness for his love for the Corinthian brethren. Today is no different; forgiving & loving is Torah Shalom living. Unforgiveness and apathy, dislike, and hate all place a burden that can disrupt your mental wellness. So, if you are in the truth, Let go, and Let YAH!!
Shalom
