So. What do you consider to be a bitter herb? I have available to me mint, rosemary and oregano in the garden. I would love to use one of those but, I just don't know if I can co-sign that any of these are actually bitter. What do you think? The mostly bitter herb I've ever had was the kola nut when I visited Nigeria it was awful. But is it a herb? I mean kole NUT right? 🤷🏿‍♀️.
But many use it as a bitter herb.

Salaamah Sis! In the past I have used Dandelion Greens, Carrot Leaves-the greens on the carrot bunches if you can get that, or fresh Parsley, Cilantro. This year I am going to use Bitter Leaf or Atama Leaves. Any one else want to share?

Yes all 3 are bitter herbs, you can also Google what's considered bitter herbs.

Thank you so much for the input family. We went with the rosemary we did 2 sprigs each and. .. 🥴 🌿... it was bitter alright 😂. Oh what a wonderful night!
