Shalawam family
On a Wellness Wednesday, we must not allow negativity to keep us in a bind. Unfortunately, negativity and unforgiveness are a recipe for poor health. When we hold on to negativity/forgiveness, it is called "holding a grudge."

Today's reading from the book of James 5:9 reminds us, "grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold the judge standeth before the door."

A plethora of research proves grudge and forgiveness manifest physically as a disease. So, let go and let YAH. James 5:16 reminds us, "the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

Also, take a little time for self-care. Sis Tara shared our respite on Monday post from last week, and it was indeed an excellent idea. Thank you, Moreh Duane, for this platform. Family, yes, we are awaiting the 2nd Exodus, but elect to use your time wisely and practice self-care. It starts with forgiveness, fervent prayer and taking care of self first then family, then each other. Do not neglect your physical or spiritual health. APTTMH
