Shalom Mishpachah! I've recently learned that 'Magnesium' is great for keeping inflammation and coagulation down in the body. Magnesium is a natural way to rid the body of toxins it may have difficulty cleaning out. Another good way is by eating fish with scales and fins like we supposed to, in particular the Cod fish. The Cod fish has the oil from it's liver that truly keeps us from getting so sick that we can't recover. Other fish like Whiting or Tuna or Salmon can help as well. There are specialty health stores that sales Cod Liver Oil pills but be careful and read the label to make sure they didn't sneak in some fish that is unclean to us. It can happen. I mentioned this about Magnesium because I am seeing reports of more people being hospitalized with inflammation and blood clots (coagulation) after either being diagnosed with Covid19 or taking the first dose vaccine. It is extremely important that we all keep toxins out of our bodies as much and as long as possible. Seriously, this is our defense against Covid19. Cleanse from unclean foods mentioned in The Torah. I found that, personally, intermittent fasting or knowing how much food (clean only) my body needs works wonderfully. See scripture in Leviticus 11:9-11 about eating fish with only fins and scales.
