"For the 👉🏽flesh👈🏽 lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would."

We struggle with bad thoughts, negativity, disturbing dreams, irritation..etc from time to time. Its something thats not talked about, but don't beat yourself up. You could be reading and praying all day..then a dream happens. It may make you sad or upset, however recognize who you are in YAHUSHA. Keep following the 10 commandments. Have that faith & belief that you WILL make it to the kingdom. But that takes endurance and a strong mind. Fight off that EVIL thought that occurs when you are set apart and doing everything for YAH. The flesh is completely separate from our Spirit. Its a carbon 6 meat suit that is layered and gives our body more structure. Sometimes you can actually feel yourself shifting from one to the other (not spirituality stuff😅)..in general. Thats why YAH says WALK in the SPIRIT. Keep walking and let RUACH HAKODESH lead you, Ruach means breath or wind. The wind is STILL💨 yet can be a strong force that blows everything in its path with 'emotions'. Sometimes we get strong feelings or urges inside by RUACH which cant be interpreted at times, yet we know what HE is telling us. Then there times where there is a still voice or thought leading us. The flesh will always be there, and of course gets stronger if you continue worldly activities and open certain doors..like violent video games, horror movies, inappropiate music, etc (you get the point).
