Thank you for sharing! My family loves meditation, the children ask for it to help them sleep or whenever we are stressed etc. It's also awesome as we drive to and from school each day! So far the only meditation we've listened to is from Watchman and Deborah Yah from Watchman reports, so thank you for sharing this one.
