Zechariah 7:1-2
AND it came to pass in the fourth year of King Dareyavesh, that the Word of Yahuah came unto Zakaryahu in the fourth day of the ninth month, even in Kiclev; [khesvan, chesvan]
When they had sent unto the house of El Shar'etser and Regem Melek, and their men, to pray before Yahuah,
