Consider the Ways of the Righteous in this season:
In Genesis 35:1, YAHUAH directs Jacob to go to Bethel "House of YAHUAH, The seat of worship" (reference Strong's # H1008 – Bethel); therefore in Genesis 35:2, Jacob judged, examined, and cleansed his household (heart and household) from anything connected to strange gods, idols and witchcraft before arising and presenting himself and household before Elohiym, who answered his prayer in his distress.
