Israel (Jacob) is Y DNA E1B1A, Esau is E1B1B. You will find E1B1B genes in all the people and locations that the Bible tells us. Often times in frequency of up to 35-40%.

While it's accurate to state Rome is Esau. Modern Rome isn't. Rome has been violated, pillaged and taken over 9 times over throughout history by several different nations. There are Negro Black Edomites in Africa that are the descendants of the Biblical Romans from when Edom was enslaved in Rome and mixed there seed among the Romans.

The Islamic Moors that ruled Europe were descendants of Esau and had there way with the Slavic races. That's why Italians were originally a dark skinned people and were called Guinea Wop or Dago. That Edomite heritage is also the reason Italians historically hate(d) Black Americans.

It is appropriate to classify most modern White Jews as Esau Edom. Remember, there is a reason Ashkenazi and Mizrahi Jews accept Ethiopian, Yemeni, and Somali Black Jews. Those are closer to Biblical Edom and are their cousins. They can't deny them because one-third of all modern Jews have Esau Edom DNA. Edomite Jews are the ones who converted the Khazar of current Ukraine.
