Why is Israel celebrating it in the Fall?

Got to be careful, because all Israel doesn't get commemorate the feast days and appointed times at the same time. I think the dialogue is important to have. First question for you as OP is when do you say Winter begins? Fall is September, October and November. Winter is December, January and February. Spring and new year is March, April and May.
