Shalom, and Boqer tob. Invitation links work. and invite via email works. I tested this morning. That said, I may need more information to address the issue. I don't want to dismiss the issue. My assumption is when they registered for an account, they made some mistake or error. Like, username had a space in it, or passwords didn't match. In my effort to address the issue I created a invite code and created an account using that invite code. It worked, and when I checked my invite codes, the new user was listed. See below. Your friend may just need help registering.
