Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have been furloughed from my position. My most recent paycheck was allocated primarily towards essential bills, leaving only enough to cover food expenses for one week. Unfortunately, those provisions have now been exhausted, and I find myself without the means to purchase additional groceries.

Compounding this difficulty is the lack of transportation; I do not have access to a vehicle, which prevents me from reaching local food assistance centers, and, regrettably, these centers do not offer delivery services. I have reached out to family and friends for support, and while their contributions have been helpful, they are also limited in their capacity to assist.

I have taken steps to apply for unemployment benefits and food assistance programs and am currently awaiting determinations. In the interim, I am in urgent need of support to secure food for myself and my family.
