So, I have been thinking about how when the children were getting ready to leave Egypt and Pharaoh tried to keep them from leaving…Let’s discuss: In what ways is our Pharoah/Egypt/Babylon of today maybe trying to keep us here? What are some subtle and not so subtle ways he maybe trying to keep us here? How may we be helping him to do it (really think on this one)-as a form of self-sabotage? Have we become too comfortable here in Babylon with all her entertainment, materialism, and debauchery that we don’t want to leave her? Lastly, What signs are Yah giving us that it is time to go? Are we missing His writing on the wall?
