It's another Wellness Wednesday. As we consider our health, we might know the dangers of lectins hidden in wheat and peas, including the most well-known gluten. Lectin is also found in tomatoes and eggplants. So, the key is moderation overall. While you can still consume grass-fed beef (from a farmer that you know, not big grocery stores), fish like salmon and snapper, plant-based protein is also a nice substitute, such as Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and avocado.
