Do you use a microwave to warm up food on the Sabbath (Shabbat)?

I hate the microwave. I just use an oven, CrockPot or Rice Cooker. A lot of folks don't understand the scriptures and make up rules and regulations for themselves & others. I don't fully blame them. It's out of ignorance, and each family has to act based on their personal convictions. The scripture about not kindling a fire on the Sabbath was specific to Moses commanding our ancestors not to continue working on the Tabernacle during the Sabbath. We were very zealous to build and complete the Tabernacle, and he had to put that regulation to keep us in check. I do prepare my family meals the day before Sabbath.

I try not to, most times no..but when I was really hungry or traveled out of state to see my grandmother I warmed up food close to sundown. I never knew if it was bad but I stick to cold food on shabbat
