Let's discuss building your home gym (the picture is not of my gym room). Whether you have a garage, a dedicated room, or you need to rearrange furniture, we can explore options. You can purchase your own or use items around the house; results = the same.
1st-free weights: any large or small bottle filled with liquid or water, including an old bucket
2nd-sandbag=full suitcase-legs, butt, and cardio
3rd-jump rope=rope-cardio
4th-mat=rug-(ensure it is non-slip)-any back flat exercise
5th-wall = any wall- for squats, abdomen, legs
6th-stairmaster=stairs (hold on)-legs and cardio
The point is that if it is too hot or cold, you can continue your fitness routine.
