I heard last night, Miami police department deployed it's first driverless patrol car which has a whole lot of recording devices on it. What happens when this "robot" is armed with deadly weapons? What happens when it is upgraded from "monitoring" duties to "pursuit" and/or "deadly force" capabilities? Robo-Cop, Terminator, Storm Troopers, etc. have arrived.
