Took me a while to decipher this... What is a "Yisrael" but not Hebrew??? How you do that?

I have heard of Hebrew Christian, but never Christian "Yisrael".

In my mind and understanding, we are all Hebrews in ethinicity and Israel in Nationality. I'm curious about this Yisrael but not Hebrew.
