Significance: She's the only woman in the Old Testament named as a city founder, showing significant leadership and building prowess in ancient times.

Shallum's daughters were contemporary builders with their father in Nehemiah's time (post-exile), working on the wall.
Sheerah was an ancestral figure from much earlier, noted for founding cities.
