Again, everyone in America already has a Digital ID assigned to them by the U.S. government. Everyone (and every business) has a Public Key and Private Key which is encrypted to enable internet financial transactions outside of the SWIFT global banking system. I honestly suspect it is the technology behind new debit and credit cards which no longer require entering pin numbers. We've already lost control options. The banks won't activate cards until a traditional PIN is provide AND a separate new Digital PIN is entered. Everything on Wall-Street is linked crypto-currency aka U.S. Digital Dollar. These keys are linked to all banking accounts in America. Elon Musk used DOGE to clean-up dirty-data and validate data synchronization rules. In 2025, all U.S. banks began testing and going live with Digital ID "retail" transactions under direction of U.S. government. The challenge now is determining which platform will be the dominate global system... U.S., Russia or China. Hence, WW3. War will destroy the 20th Century system and formally launch the 21st Century Digital Society for the Son of Perdition.
