In other words, the vaccine have the 'computer components' to create an actual CPU and connect you to a server.....PHYSICALLY. Have you ever watched the Terminator movies? Imagine vaccinated people as 'Terminators' and the actual 'Skynet' as CERN in Sweden or Denmark or the Netherlands or Switzerland...wherever country that thing is in. There is a such thing as a 'quantum computer'.
