Here's some of what I've been able to harvest. I'm in Texas so our growing season is pretty much all year long. 💜 Red russian kale, green curly kale, collard greens, cucumber, green onions and moringa (my favorite). 😊

I need some tips on how to keep the vegetables fresh longer. I can’t stand the thought of wasting food.

Same here. I think the leafy greens are the hardest to keep fresh. 🤔 The best results that I've gotten so far have been from just not washing them until I'm actually ready to either prep them or eat them. Also I place them in an airtight bag or container with a paper towel or two to collect any moisture or condensation. Then I refrigerate them.
