Here's some of what I've been able to harvest. I'm in Texas so our growing season is pretty much all year long. ๐Ÿ’œ Red russian kale, green curly kale, collard greens, cucumber, green onions and moringa (my favorite). ๐Ÿ˜Š

I need some tips on how to keep the vegetables fresh longer. I canโ€™t stand the thought of wasting food.

Same here. I think the leafy greens are the hardest to keep fresh. ๐Ÿค” The best results that I've gotten so far have been from just not washing them until I'm actually ready to either prep them or eat them. Also I place them in an airtight bag or container with a paper towel or two to collect any moisture or condensation. Then I refrigerate them.

I love your harvest! Really nice! I'm about to start my fall garden and i have some Red Russian Kale seedlings started now. I'm in zone 7 in Virginia so late summer is when I'll start.
