Do you believe we are truly expected to live in perfection today — or is that impossible?
Many say, “Nobody’s perfect; we all sin.” But did you know the Bible actually describes several people as perfect?
Examples:
Noah — “Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.” (Genesis 6:9)
Job — “There was a man… whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.” (Job 1:1)
Abraham — “Walk before me, and be thou perfect.” (Genesis 17:1)
David — “…a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfill all my will.” (Acts 13:22)
In the Bible, perfect doesn’t mean “never making a mistake,” but complete, mature, obedient, and fully aligned with the Most High’s will.
“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:48)
