It;s a Mindful Monday. Today's reading takes me to the Book of Numbers 31:23. This is the chapter where Israel went to war with the Midanites. Based on the scrip, Israel saved all the women. Moses was upset because he knows the history of Israel and their strange women v.16" Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against Yah in the matter of Peor." v.17 Moses directed them to kill every male among the little children and every woman that lies with man. Then they were directed to purify themselves.
The God of Israel commanded Moses, v.22 "Only the gold, and the silver, the brass, the iron, the tin, and the lead v.23 "everything that may abide the fire ye shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean; nevertheless, it shall be purified with the water of separation: and all that abideth not the fire ye shall make go through the water."
V.23 got me thinking similarly we are tried through the fire to be purified by way of trials and tribulations. Compared to gold, it suggests we are precious in Yah's eyes. Also, purified with the water of separation, also lines up with water baptism that we must undergo once in the truth. It's just another Mindful Monday. APTTMH!

Lately, I’ve experienced changes in the outcome of life. There are many times I’ve felt profoundly saddened and disappointed, but I’ve always experienced gratitude and understanding. I don’t believe being uncomfortable will ever be pleasant. Failure or rejection, for me, isn’t pleasant. Nevertheless, YAH sees us in our dark days just as much as in our bright days. Again, I don’t like being uncomfortable or failing, but I thank YAH for being with me and continuing to teach me. At this moment in time, I really needed to know that YAH is my present help in times of trouble— not only my help for the future days, weeks, months, or years later. I need Him here, now, and today. I want Him to see me, hear me, comfort me, fill me, protect me, etc. Faith for tomorrow has it's own troubles, but faith for today is what I’m learning to rest in.

1690823171HaluluYAH... Failing is definitely not comfortable for me either... It makes me feel so much that i have Let Abba Yah down... But barak Yahuah that we feel this uncomfortability so that we have a reminder to get up and try again. Praise Yahuah for His Qadash Ruach that continually drives us forward!

Genesis 9:11-15
11 And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.
12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:
13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh

Been studying numbers alot lately, almost done.
Word of the day: Almon-diblathaim
Sounds like Almond..hm , but it means "hiding of two fig cakes" or "hidden in a cluster of fig trees"
The israelites stopped here in the wilderness. This definitely shows us how they ate and what YAH provided for them. It also gives you a clue with the location. Mystery, hm. 🌴

1690814732Am also concluding numbers in my reading. We know the scrip tells use the wilderness is near Moab land, near the Arnon river. The link below provided more specifics. It was and edifying listen about the wilderness. Take the meat and spit out the bones. So, it is not a mystery only mystery is the exact hour of the Mashiach's return.
