Levitcus 23:27-32
Also on the tenth day of this seventh month is Yom Kippuriym: it shall be a holy assembly unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto Yahuah. And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is Yom Kippuriym, to make an atonement for you before Yahuah Elohaykem. For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people. And whatsoever soul it be that does any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people. Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. It shall be unto you a Shabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening unto evening, shall ye celebrate your Shabbath.

The great act of deliverance is expected to occur on the Day of Atonement at the end of the tenth Jubilee cycle.
And the Day of Atonement is the e[nd of the] tenth [Ju]bilee, when all the Sons of [Light] and the men of the lot of Mel[chi]zedek will be atoned for. [And] a statute concerns them [to prov]ide them with their rewards. For this is the moment of the Year of Grace for Melchizedek.

Melchizedek, His name literally means “king of righteousness,” and he rules over the city of Salem (or, “shalom,” meaning cosmic, harmonious peace).

Melchizedek, the King-Priest of Salem [Shalom], means King of Righteousness ruler over the City of Peace

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear YAH, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
