Please get in touch with the Spirit of Wisdom and Knowledge, the one who comforts us from confusion and troubles. Allow the Ruwach/Ruach ha qadash/ The Holy Spirit to settle you. The Holy Spirit is like my "eternal righteous grandmother" The one who leads and guides with truth and understanding, the one who presents me with the hard pills to swallow about myself, physically, mentally and spiritually.

The correction and teachable moments are unending and the discernment that comes from exercising your righteous muscle is unmeasurable.
